You must fully complete registration by:

• Paying the remaining camp fees by check. You may send payment along with your registration forms or bring it on the day camp begins.
• Downloading, completing, and mailing the Kurs Final Registration, Health, and Photo Release forms below, (optionally with your check for your remaining balance) to: 611 West Grace St., Old Forge, PA 18518.
